Perma-Seal Waterproofing was started in 1979 by the present owner, Roy Spencer. Roy had worked for two larger waterproofing companies, but was dissatisfied with their "patch now & service 'em later" type repairs, so he devised permanent repairs that he could truly guarantee not to leak.
